TWJ Trading PTY LTD provides digital educational products, coaching and related services. Please consider your purchase carefully before enrolling.

1. Change-of-Mind Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by TWJ Trading PTY LTD in writing, purchases are final and we do not provide refunds for change of mind.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds because:

• you decide not to participate;
• you fail to access or complete the program;
• you no longer have sufficient time to participate;
• your personal or financial circumstances change;
• you expected a different trading or financial outcome;
• you do not achieve profitability;
• you do not receive a particular payout or funded account; or
• you otherwise fail to achieve your desired results.

2. Payment Plans

Selecting a payment plan does not convert the purchase into a pay-as-you-go subscription unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Where a payment plan relates to the purchase of a fixed program for an agreed total price, you remain responsible for the agreed instalments, subject to rights available to you under applicable law.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been incorrectly or repeatedly charged for the same purchase, contact us promptly at james@twjtrades.com.

We will investigate legitimate billing errors and provide an appropriate correction where required.

4. Australian Consumer Law

This Refund Policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where you are legally entitled to a remedy, this Refund Policy does not prevent you from exercising that right.

5. Trading Results

Failure to achieve a desired trading result, profit, income, funded account, payout or other financial outcome does not by itself entitle a participant to a refund.
